Superb and faultless service
Michael was a pleasure to deal with. When I went to view the car it had recently had an MOT and passed with no advisories, but when it went for its health check there it was advised tyres and shocks would be needed in the future, so Michael sorted all of this before I drove away which didn't need to be done. He also wasn't happy with the original shocks that were put in and got them changed too..Fantastic service and would highly recommend

First class buying experience
Recently purchased my latest vehicle from MG Motors, I had a particular make, model and trim level in mind, and having viewed several others at different garages, I was very impressed with the whole process of viewing, test driving, arrangement of finance for my purchase and collection of the car, serviced, MOTd and with a 6 month warranty. Communication with Michael was first rate, he even bought my previous car (MOT failure) off me for a very good price, and sorted all the paperwork. All in all it was a most painless and hassle free experience, one which I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone looking for a quality used car.

From my very first contact via the website,the owner responded in a timely manner and communicated well throughout. When I came to view the car I was interested in, it was beautifully presented and had been brought in to the showroom to make it easier to look round. As a lone female, it can often feel intimidating to go in to a car garage but this was absolutely not the case here - the owner was extremely welcoming and put me at ease straight away. At no point did I feel pressured to buy, and I felt that the information given to me about the car was open and honest. He even encouraged me to view other cars before committing to buy. The car I chose did have a couple of unexpected issues crop up during the MOT/service, these were all rectified to a high standard prior to the sale and again the owner communicated well about these at all times. Also, the handover process was quick and straightforward. I would recommend MG Motor Group to anyone looking to buy or sell their car.
